Please read these terms carefully before using SpawnList or placing a sponsored slot bid.
By accessing or using SpawnList ("the site", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Continued use following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
SpawnList is open to anyone who operates or wishes to promote a Minecraft server. You must be at least 13 years of age to submit a listing or place a bid. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian before making any payment.
Server owners are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listing information. By submitting a listing you confirm that:
SpawnList reserves the right to remove any listing at any time without notice, including listings that violate these terms, contain inaccurate information, or are reported as harmful to players.
Listings are subject to approval. Approval does not constitute endorsement of the server by SpawnList.
Sponsored slots are auctioned on a fortnightly (two-week) basis. There are two bidding windows per month:
Bidding is always open for one of the two upcoming cycles. The site will always indicate which cycle is currently accepting bids.
There are 5 sponsored slots available per fortnight. Slots are allocated strictly by rank: the highest bid wins Slot 1, the second highest wins Slot 2, and so on through Slot 5. All bids compete in the same pool — there is no per-slot bidding.
At auction close, the top 5 bidders are notified by email. Winners have 48 hours from the notification email to complete payment. If payment is not received within 48 hours, the bid is cancelled and the next highest bidder is notified in its place, also with a 48-hour payment window. This cascade continues until a slot is filled or no more bidders remain.
Sponsored slots go live as soon as payment is confirmed and remain active for the duration of the booked fortnight. Slots do not go live until payment is received. If the slot period has already begun by the time payment clears, the slot will still be activated for the remaining period.
A paid and active slot will not be cut short or displaced by a higher bid in the same cycle. Bids placed after auction close for the same cycle are not accepted — they will automatically apply to the next available cycle.
Payment is processed via PayPal. SpawnList does not store payment card details. All transactions are subject to PayPal's own terms of service.
Winners must pay within 48 hours of receiving their payment link email. Failure to pay forfeits the slot and may result in exclusion from future auctions.
All payments for sponsored slots are non-refundable once the slot has been activated. If the slot fails to go live due to a technical error on our part within 24 hours of payment, you may request a full refund by contacting us at support@spawnlist.net. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, outbidding in a future cycle, or server downtime.
Slot prices are determined by auction. SpawnList does not guarantee any minimum or maximum price. Published minimum bids are subject to change between cycles.
The vote system is designed to reflect genuine player engagement. The following are prohibited and will result in votes being discarded and the server being removed:
SpawnList uses automated fraud detection. Suspicious vote patterns may result in vote removal, ranking penalties, or listing removal without notice.
All server names, descriptions, and associated content submitted to SpawnList must not:
SpawnList reserves the right to edit or remove any content at its sole discretion.
When you submit a server listing, vote, or place a bid, we collect the following data:
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. IP addresses are retained for anti-fraud purposes and automatically purged after 90 days.
Payment is processed entirely by PayPal. SpawnList does not receive or store payment card details.

SpawnList is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that rankings accurately reflect real-world server quality or popularity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpawnList shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or inability to access the site.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
We may update these terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
